From the moment he dismantled his parents’ beloved Apple Lisa at the age of 6, the digital realm has captivated James. At 15, he became the youngest developer ever to be employed by G.C.S. Netherlands.
He has strived to maintain a fresh and pioneering approach to digital communications ever since. As founder and technical director of Karbon, his mission remains to improve the digital experience and continue to create effective online campaigns and intuitive software platforms.

Silvia is a software engineer specialising in back-office development and data management. While still a student, she used her favourite programming language (php) to help create a large-scale, social networking platform for her University that remains in use to this day.
A firm believer in geek as the new chic, Silvia’s enthusiasm and original approach to technology has been instrumental in creating some of the most advanced, yet easy to use, management systems for clients at Karbon.

Following a BA Hons in graphic design, Justin has over 10 years’ advertising and design experience predominantly in the healthcare sector. While consistently award winning, Justin believes in creativity not for egocentric reasons but in order to make work more effective.
Passionate that websites should not only entertain but also inform, Justin enjoys the challenge imposed by the unique constraints of the medium while at the same time exploiting its unique possibilities.

David brings more than 25 years’ experience gained across multinational and smaller independent agencies in the market research sector. Apart from his management expertise, David has provided much of the specialist input that has enabled Karbon to build highly innovative on line tools for Implicit Research. David is currently head of Strata, a healthcare research agency.

Dominic has over 20 years’ experience in advertising and marketing in agencies and as a client. Having worked at BBH and AMV, Dominic switched sides with positions at BT and Prudential before spending 5 years as a freelance marketing consultant with clients such as 118118, British Gas and Stella Artois on projects, large and small, B2B and consumer. He is currently head of planning at Seven Stones, a healthcare advertising agency.
